The Aesthetic Masterplan provides design guidelines for existing and future developments along the I-10 Corridor and serves as a reference for future roadway developments in the El Paso region. The four parts of the Masterplan inform and guide aesthetic enhancement with 1: site analysis of twelve intersections along 1-10, including the downtown core; 2: diagrams of possible solutions and precedents, including slope paving, landscaping, medians, identity elements, bridge columns, bridge facades, painting, lighting, walkways, abutments, walls, railings, and precedents; 3: identifying local patterns and character for the twelve areas; and 4: site studies through before and after collages. Our Airway project came from this plan.
